Prior to ordering, a two-tiered golden stand laden with a variety of pasta types would be brought to each table, allowing customers a glimpse of the types of pasta available before selecting their pasta of choice. Additionally, with an open kitchen concept, customers would be able to have a glimpse of their orders being prepared while waiting for their food to arrive.

The pastas here are served in tasting and full portions, with the former being a smaller portion such that you'd be able to sample a greater variety of pasta dishes.
