Today marks National Boyfriend Day! Not sure where to go to celebrate? Here are 5 ways you can show your love to your boyfriend!

1. Pamper Him at Joya Onsen

Head down to Joya Onsen for a day of pampering. With the choice of both a public and private onsen, you can choose to chillax with bae or go for the cheaper onsen experience! Bring your boyfriend to try out the different facilities -- including a tea bath, a sauna, and an ice bath. Pamper your bae and enjoy some self care too! Public onsen are $41.80/adult, with discounts available for certain visitors, while the private onsen is $132 for 2!

Don't feel like preparing anything? Buy sushi at the nearby Cold Storage, or book a picnic basket pre-prepared by local business Piqnique at their Instagram! 5. Give Him A Secret Message Present

Have a lot to say but don't quite want to say it out loud? Write it down in a secret message and give it to him for a present to commemorate the day!

With choices from candles that melt to reveal the message to heat sensitive mugs, there are quite a lot of ways to do it. You could get such gifts online, such as this candle by or this mug by Ben and Bart. Otherwise, you can go the extra mile and do it yourself!

Simply buy a candle, use a hairdryer to carefully remove the sticky label, and write your message on the sticky side of the label before replacing the label onto the candle. When he finishes melting the candle, the message will reveal itself!
