1. Decadent Chocolate Cake

350g Oreo cookies or any other biscuits
2½ teaspoons Baking powder
360ml Milk
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix until combined. Fold through the chocolate chips. Cover the bowl and freeze for an hour or refrigerate for two hours.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the mixing bowl from the freezer. Form 12 balls of dough and place them onto the lined sheet. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they are firm around the edges.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.

2. Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 340F (170C). Grease 7-inch (18cm) round cake pan with butter, line the bottom with parchment paper. Grease the parchment as well.
In a Ziploc bag, crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
Transfer to a large bowl, and add baking powder and milk. Mix until combined.
Pour into the cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Release from the pan, let it cool, and dig in!

3. Sinful White Chocolate Truffles

INGREDIENTS
15.5-ounce or 1 package Oreos
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces white chocolate chips, melted
DIRECTIONS
Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs
Add all but 2 tablespoons crushed cookies to a medium bowl. Add cream cheese and stir until evenly combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form mixture into small balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes.
Add the white chocolate chips to a microwavable bowl, and microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
Dip the frozen balls in melted white chocolate, and return to baking sheet. Freeze until chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.

2½ cups chocolate hazelnut spread
1 heaping cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
