Returning for its ninth edition this year, the festival showcases a broad array of light art installations created by Singaporeans and international artists on the theme of 'A New Wave', featuring the colour blue. Starting out in 2010 as an initiative to inject vibrancy to the Marina Bay precinct and advocate for an environmentally-responsible way of life, it now features an array of complementary programmes and events for you and bae to explore.
